The fruit for this wine came from their Hunter Valley vineyards, with a proportion from South Australia for added palate richness. Vibrant straw-yellow appearance. A full, fresh aroma of peach and melon fruits with some hints of citrus. True to the Diamond label Chardonnay style, the palate is generous, with soft, ripe, tropical fruit flavours and a creamy backdrop displaying a judicious use of oak and lees in maturation. A beautifully structured and long finishing wine.
